Now more than ever people are trying to find easier, less toxic ways to take care of themselves and their families. I am one of those people and I am always looking for a more natural way to keep my family healthy. My best discovery has been essential oils. They are the most simple and effective way to keep my family healthy.
Essential Oils were mankind’s first medicine. From Egypt to China, people have been using essential oils for thousands of years. Essential oils are liquids distilled from plants including seeds, bark, leaves, steams, roots and flowers. They can be used in several ways; Topical, Internal, and Aromatic. They are lipid soluble and can penetrate your cell walls. This means they can have an effect in less than 20 min. For more information check out http://www.everythingessential.me/
They are many great oils you can use during pregnancy, postpartum and on your new baby.
Quality of the oil is the most important aspect. For that reason I get all my oils from doTERRA, http://www.doterra.com/us
